Killzone 2 Japan first week sales, Killzone 2 hits 1.5 millon
Killzone 2 has more than 1.5 million copies sold at retail. The surprisingly good release in Japan has help Killzone 2 break through the 1.5 million copies sold mile-stone. In the first week in Japan Killzone 2 sold as many as 42,500 copies. This is a great deal, and specially in a country where FPS games are not very popular. Of these 1.5 million people that play Killzone 2, 1.04 plays online. This means that almost 70% of the Killzone 2 owners game online! This is not a bad result, actually it a but shocking but defiantly good news for Sony.
